Teen Advisory Board
Are you interested in helping out by planning teen events? Suggesting good
materials to buy for the library? If you are in grades 7-12 call today to
join. Limited yearly spaces available
The TAB has a yearly lock-in (sleepover
at the library), an annual shopping trip to Barnes & Noble to buy books
for the library, hold teen dances as a fundraiser, and many other teen related
activities and field trips. New season begins in September!
Banned Books Week is
September 27th-October 4th
Check out our display of banned books and pick up
a list of the most frequently challenged books !
Teen Read Week is October 12-18th
The Theme this year is "Books with Bite"....a vampire theme!
Check back here for raffles and events.
Come on in to see our display of vampire related books!
(We may even throw in some other great titles with characters that bite:)
