july 6th


Today this bluegill was on a stringer hooked along side Mrs Pungo .....
Are the pickerel biting on Paridise Pond in Leominster State Forest ?
See Photo.............................
Fresh water Sharks ........ak. pickerel ?

June 22nd


Sawmill Pond in Fitchburg Massachusetts is a weedy pond and is hardly ever fished making it a top pickerel and largemouth bass spot.I put a photo of Mrs. "Pungo 100" launch location on Google Earth if you want to try fishing here .This Pickerel was caught on a zoom lure .-(albino is one of the best colors ) -. Mrs. "Pungo says This pond is for paddling only ,not motors and algae blooms are seasonal here ,also.









April 28th


Mrs. "Pungo 100" was itchin for some fishing . Bluegills and Crappie with warm and sunny spring skys .
Lots of turtles sunning on logs ,Ducks ,Geese and Nesting Loons.................
and a wise man once said because Today is called the present .... it should be Treated that way..........
......life is 10% what happens to you an 90% what you do about it.









April 24th


On Paridise Pond in Leominster State Forest we caught One small Bluegill and one Crappie with warm and sunny skys .Lots of turtles on logs but I could not find many fish .


















April 20th


Went Fishing for panfish on Paridise Pond .
Mrs. "Pungo 100" had her belly waxed up
and loaded her on top of "Mr.Civic" for the short trip down the hill..
I caught all these fish at 2 spots on the north end of the pond.
One was at the small island by the beaver lodge on its north side.
and the second spot under some Lg. pine trees nearer the road.
The Bluegills are huging the shore in one foot of water
and The Crappie was 20 feet from shore...
..... Can you say Fish Fry for lunch ?
